Quick start
1Navigate to the group detail page and click 'Invite' on your group card or settings header.
2Enable invitations and copy the unique secure link.
3Customize invite messages, set currency amounts, or add campaign end dates.
4Share the link with members to let them join using the 3-step secure form.
How to invite members
Groupwide allows admins to generate secure invitations. Toggling invite access generates a unique invite token. You can write custom greetings, specify exact contribution amounts, or set campaign deadlines.
- Enable or disable invitation links instantly at any time to control access.
- Add custom messages that appear directly on the recipient onboarding screen.
- Set a target payment currency and contribution goal per participant.
The 3-step member join stepper
Invited members are guided through a structured 3-step registration flow to ensure profile details are completed accurately:
- Step 1 (Identity): Members enter their Full Name and Phone Number.
- Step 2 (Preferences): Members set optional Email details and choose reminder preferences (Email, WhatsApp, Both, or None).
- Step 3 (Confirmation): Members review contribution requirements and confirm their details to join.
Approving pending jointures
New member requests are held in 'pending' status to protect group integrity. Admins can review, approve, or reject these requests from the group details screen under the Roster panel.
