Quick start

1Create an account via Email Sign Up or Google Authentication.
2Complete your profile setup by entering your full name and display options.
3Use the quick launcher to create a 'New Workspace' or search existing groups.
4Monitor overall progress using the visual dashboard statistics.

Account registration & Profile completion

To register as an administrator, create an account using secure credentials. New administrators must complete their initial profile setup (including display name) before creating new savings groups or managing participant rosters.

  • Register using secure email auth on the signup page.
  • Fill out your full profile to link admin activities to your name.

Navigating your workspace

The dashboard is organized into two primary columns. The left sidebar houses navigation tabs (Group Management, Archives, Notifications, Help), while the main section hosts active stats indicators, group lists, and creation forms.

  • Welcome Banner: Quick look at date and overall member counts.
  • New Workspace: Fast access to create contribution or residence groups.
  • Overview Stats: Tracks total groups, members, paid participants, and pending verifications with animated progress rings.

Search and admin jointure requests

Admins can search for existing groups using the full-width search panel. If you are not yet a member, you can send an administrative access request. The group owner (master admin) can approve your request to co-manage the group.
