Payments and Cycles

Track contribution status, cycle resets, archives, and statements across your active savings groups.

Quick start

1Review each group's current cycle status from the dashboard and group editor.
2Confirm whether the group uses a monthly or interval cycle.
3Archive history is created automatically when cycles reset.
4Use statements and archive notes to keep a reliable record of what happened each cycle.

Understand cycle behavior

Savings groups can run on interval-based cycles or monthly resets. Groupwide uses the stored cycle type and time zone to determine what the active period is and when the next reset happens.

  • Monthly groups reset on the first day of the month in the group's configured time zone.
  • Interval groups reset based on the selected day cadence.

Use archives and statements

Archives help you look back at completed cycles and explain why a cycle closed the way it did. Statements let you export a clear record for sharing or bookkeeping.

  • Review prior cycles in Archives.
  • Attach archive notes when you need extra context.
  • Download statements from savings groups when you need a portable record.
